![]() ![]() That being said, you can just manually change the HTML/CSS/JS code of the site and just use it as a code editor, but bear in mind that it will be the almost the same as writing a site from scratch in visual studio code (not that it is a bad thing, but using VSC or any other code editor has way too many more advantages). I really don't see anything that good (without lots of effort) coming out from their visual editor tools. I really hope you don't have to work with that software. Migrating it to you web hosting service is maybe more difficult, but again, there are bazillion tutorials on how to do that. The only con is that setting wordpress locally to work on the site could be a bit difficult I you do it for the first time, but there are enough internet resources which explain it. If you want more customization, there are also page builder plugins - I believe the most used is elementor - which give you additional tools and components and let you build the site visually/ with no code. It shouldn't be hard for you to end up with something which looks nice. There are also tons of plugins available for wordpress, which you can use to add different components to your site, such as contact forms or image sliders, etc. Navigation to the different Pages is done through a menu which is set up by the theme. You basically start with a theme, which sets up the header and the footer and the styling of your site, and then add Pages and/or Posts, which are the actual content of your site. (not ) should be enough for you to feel comfortable at the start and build on you knowledge. What I can recommend you is using some sort of Content Management System. If you don't have so much experience with modern website building already, I would not go in that direction, since it the amount of options you have at your disposal can be a bit overwhelming and you would need to learn many things.
